All orders are shipped in our specially designed Dipped Row boxes. To reduce shipping costs, we may package multiple items together. If you would like the items gift wrapped or packed separately, please indicate your request in the order note at checkout.

We start working on your order as soon as possible and as such we are unable to make any changes or modifications to an order one it has been shipped. 

Local Orders

We currently charge a RM 10 shipping rate on orders within Malaysia, including Sabah & Sarawak. Orders worth RM 150 and above will be shipped for free. We strive to pack and ship all orders within 24 hours after payment is received. Once shipped it should take 1- 2 days for the items to get to your door. Orders made on Friday (after 3pm), Saturday and Sunday will only be shipped on Monday.

International Orders

We currently ship to a select number of international destinations as listed below.  If your country is not listed, please email us directly at enquiries@dippedrow.com and we can make some special arrangements for you to place an order. 

The Malaysian Postal Service ships all our international orders.  We currently offer Registered AirMail or Express Mail. Orders worth RM300 (approx USD 70) will be shipped for FREE via Registered AirMail. Registered AirMail will take approximately 2-3 weeks whilst the Express Mail Service should take 3 - 7 business days. Tracking numbers will be provided for both services by email once shipped. All orders are charged a flat shipping rate as follows:
