Hello Dipped Dolls,
So we may be slightly biased because we are self-professed anglophiles, but for us, London Fashion Week really is the crowning glory in the torrent of the Big Four fashion weeks.
Maybe it’s the Sloane-scuffed, polished yet un-try hard, nonchalant style, which dominates Brit fashion. Maybe it's because we totally want to fist-pump the style mavens who pioneered the ingenious mix of high-street and couture. Or maybe it's because we heart Topshop, COS, Reiss and all the high street goodness that London has brought us as much as we love Christopher Kane, Burberry Prorsum and Stella McCartney.
Whatever it is, London and Fashion Week is the Jaffa cake to our Tetley’s.
Prints, flashes of citrine and textured embellishments were the order of the day at this year’s LFW. To commemorate our favourite week, these were the runway looks we loved!
Burberry Prorsum featured a monochromatic print mix-up
Christopher Kane perfected tough yet pretty with military print against black and leather
Cara Delevingne in a gorgeous Antonio Beradi number
Tom Ford juxtaposes sultry with citrine printed pop
Love and more love,
The Dipped Row Team xoxo
